For eight years, the Dogtrot General Store has been the base for our internet lumber business selling cypress, sinker cypress, reclaimed lumber, and other specialty lumber. Our customers range from hobbyists working on small projects, to architects and contractors building a variety of buildings and other things all over America.

Our focus has been quality and service, and now we are offering our existing and new customers a very special set of products that will make their projects even better. We have invited "Only the Best" companies to be part of the the Dogtrot family, under our corporate umbrella - Boite Carré, Inc.

We have picked the products we sell because we believe that each is the best you can get for the job at hand. Unlike other stores that offer a variety, we sell 'Only the Best".

Our approach to 'selling' is different too - we want you to have the knowledge and resources you need to learn how the tools and finishes work, and to share ideas about projects and techniques to make your woodworking projects even more successful.

We have also built a showroom in Second Life where you can see the products, talk with us, buy replicas and the real thing, and come to discussion groups. Second Life for those new to it, is a virtual 3D reality website. Learn more about it here.
